Sunshine Cottage has been a private family beach
home for generations; you now have the opportunity
to experience the best of Anna Maria!
Sitting directly on the Bay on the North end of Anna
Maria Island with your very own beach and deck with
hot tub, this four bedroom four bathroom home is the
just so comfortable and welcoming that you will
never want to leave!
The lower floor has three bedrooms, (one queen, one
king and a room with a set of bunk beds and a queen
bed with lovely murals painted on the walls), two
bathrooms and a private outdoor shower…
The kitchen and dining areas are open plan, with
great views through the large windows and sliding
glass doors over the bay, this area also has a
sitting area with television. There is then another
separate sitting room, again with television, DVD’s,
stereo and large comfy sofas… a perfect spot to read
and take a nap!
Upstairs is taken up entirely with the Master Suite,
a king size bed positioned for the views over the
bay…. There are his and her bathrooms; “Her”
bathroom boasts a large Jacuzzi tub, again with
wonderful bay views… “His” bathroom has a large walk
in shower. A separate sitting area in the master
suite may also be closed off and used as another
sleeping area with a queen size sleeper sofa.
