This is a truly beautiful family home that has created many wonderful memories. Cool terracotta tiled floors throughout, big, squishy, comfortable couches and french doors on three sides invite the warm gulf breezes to flow in. The view is over the lovely, large, inviting, heated pool with it's lush tropical landscaping.

The house sits beside a canal that empties out into lovely Sarasota Bay and has a dock with boat lift, that may possibly be available for use with prior arrangement.

The north end of Longboat Key is great location. A few minutes north, over a drawbridge, you will find the lovely Island of Anna Maria, one of the last Old Florida havens. Fifteen minutes south is St. Armand's Circle, a mecca for the shoppers with lots of small boutiques, cafes and restaurants. This is a great way to spend an afternoon and evening, strolling the circle. For those of you who are a little more energetic, Orlando and the theme parks are an hour and a half to two hours away. An hour north is Tampa and Busch Gardens and for the bargain hunters amongst you, just a half hour away is an amazing Outlet Mall, one of the biggest in Florida!
